Hey! I’m Brianna. I am a 2x certified lash tech and master lash artist of 5 years specializing in classic volume and hybrid lashes, and a cosmetologist for 7 years. This is a safe space for people of all race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and gender. This is an lgbtqia+ safe space. CHILDREN POLICY unfortunately children are not permitted at Salon Renaissance. I am unable to supervise your children while I am lashing, so I ask that they stay home. It’s your time to relax! LATE POLICY I understand things happen, please reach out to 412-689-9822 of you are running late. If you are running 15 or more minutes late we will have to reschedule unfortunately as this is an extremely time sensitive service. CANCELATION POLICY you can cancel your appointment free of charge before 24 hours. Any last minute cancellations, fees will result in 50% of your service. (Please reach out if you have to cancel last minute. We can work something out!) NO CALL NO SHOW You will be charged 50% of the service for no call no show. DEPOSITS Deposits are nonrefundable, unless a serious emergency has occurred.
